1.You can't afford it.
Renting a dumpster can be costly depending on your needs. Our rental rates range from $305-$365 for our normal rental periods. We charge an additional $75 per ton for loads over 1 ton. These prices can be off putting to some. We get it. Our dumpsters aren't for everyone.
The reason we charge this amount is based on local dump fees, specialized equipment costs, fuel costs, insurance, and other costs associated with the business. The vast majority of our customers do not go over 1 ton mark when loading the dumpster with common household trash and junk and never see any additional cost. We provide a convenient, time-saving, driveway-safe solution for homeowners that need a sizable dumpster, but do not need or want a big roll-off in the driveway. Our business model tackles the problem of getting a dumpster into tight spaces in residential settings. We provide quality customer service and communication. We take pride in delivering and picking up our dumpsters on time.
Some homeowners just want the largest, cheapest dumpster they can find paired with timely service. If that is what you want, we are probably not right for you.
We want to provide residents with a quality, problem-solving service at a fair price. Our 15 yard dump trailers have proven to fit the bill.
2. You need a bigger dumpster.
In order to target the residential market effectively, we needed a dumpster system that was big enough to handle most residential needs. Home and garage clean-outs, remodel projects, landscaping, and more. We also needed a dumpster that could be easily maneuvered into driveways, backed up close to garages, pulled through yards, and not cause any type of damage to the property. We tested our options and chose 10 and 15 cubic yard capacities. We have found these sizes to be the best option for our target customers. Our dump and return option also provides customers with more space. They let us know it is full and we dump and return the dumpster the same day for an additional fee of $275.
If you have your mind set on a 30 yard roll-off and do not want to opt for our dump and return option to get the same capacity, it would be best to look elsewhere for your dumpster needs.
Choosing our dump and return option is worth it. We offer same day dump and returns. No waiting around for 3 days for the dumpster to be swapped.
3. You need a dumpster for concrete, dirt, or other dense material.
If you are busting up a concrete foundation, needing big loads of dirt hauled away, or plan on filling a dumpster to the brim with shingles, sheetrock, or anything else that is super heavy, we are not the business for you.
Since we don't use extremely heavy duty equipment, it is possible to overload our dumpsters and vehicles with rock or other dense material. To keep from damaging our equipment, we do not allow these types of material. Everything in moderation. We do allow some of all of these kinds of material. We understand how much of each material can be placed in the dumpster in order to prevent damage and to be hauled down the road safely. We are happy to discuss your project and let you know if our dumpsters are right for the job.
Our dumpsters are perfect for household junk and yard debris.
4. You need a dumpster in another town, but don't want to pay extra.
Are you a haggler? Do you want to try to get everything cheaper no matter what? If this is you we are definitely not the business for you. We provide dumpster rentals in and around Duncan, Oklahoma. We regularly deliver dumpsters to surrounding towns like Elgin, Waurika, Chickasha, and more. Our normal rentals rates cover anyone within 15 miles of Duncan. We will calculate the mileage and add a fee that will cover our time and fuel costs. Keep in mind that we end up making 4 trips no matter what. Drop off, back home, pick-up, to the dump. The miles add up, especially out of town.
We strive to provide a quality dumpster service to all that ask for it. We are happy to provide service to customers in other towns, however, if the title of this paragraph describes you, you may want to find someone a little closer to home.
5. You need to rent a trailer you can move yourself.
Looking for a dump trailer rental that you can hook up to your truck and do the hauling yourself? We get this question often.
We do not allow customers to move our dumpsters for any reason at any time. We drop it off, throw a hitch lock on it, and leave the loading up to you (if you don't opt for our Junk Removal Services). We return at the end of your rental period and haul it away. If you need the dumpster moved to another location on the property during the rental period, we are happy to respond and move it for you. There may be a fee involved depending on location but we normally do this as a courtesy. This is a common occurrence for customers selling their property and needing to clean out several buildings on the same property. It is quicker and easier to move our dump trailers than it is to move a roll-off.
Long story short, if you need to rent a dump trailer to move with your own vehicle, it's not us.
