Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to rent tables and chairs? We offer a simple flat-rate rental of $200. This includes 32 white folding chairs, 4 eight-foot Lifetime® brand tables, curbside delivery, and pickup for up to 3 days.
Can I rent fewer tables or chairs for a lower price? The flat rate is $200 whether you use all 32 chairs and 4 tables or not. We keep it simple, with no confusing pricing tiers.
I booked online, what's next? Once you have booked your rental online, we will send a rental agreement to the email you provided when booking (usually within 24 hours of booking). The email containing the agreement will be from Adobe Sign. Once you have read and understand the agreement, simply E-sign it and you are good to go! We will call and let you know when we are on the way with your delivery.
Do you set up the tables and chairs? No setup is included at this time. Delivery is curbside only. That means we’ll bring everything to your driveway or front yard, and it’s your responsibility to move and set them up where you want them.
What areas do you deliver to? We primarily serve Duncan, Oklahoma and nearby towns. If you’re not sure whether we deliver to your area, just contact us and ask! Extra delivery fee for deliveries over 15 miles from Duncan.
When is payment due? Payment is due at the time of delivery. We accept cash, check, card or Venmo and require a card on file for all rentals.
What if something gets damaged or goes missing? Customers are responsible for any lost or damaged tables or chairs. Please make sure the items are kept in a safe, dry place while in your care.

Can I rent for outdoor events? Absolutely! Our tables and chairs are great for backyard parties, baby showers, cookouts, and more. Just remember to keep them away from fire pits or grills and out of the mud if possible!
